And before that, I remember when I started working, everything was typed on an IBM Selectric typewriter, but you're even more old school than that.

You write handwritten notes and beautiful cursive handwriting.

And actually you even ended your book with, it was almost like a thank you note, like Jimmy Fallon, like thank you note at the end to the readers.

Why a handwritten letter?

Well, as CEO of IBM, you're known for really transforming the company, especially a company that's been around that long.

And quite frankly, has such a long track record of success.

How did you decide what should remain and what needed to change?

When reading your book, I was struck by just the complexity of what you had to do.

And including that was you had to change the external metrics that the financial community looked for from IBM.

You couldn't be that EPS growth stock.

You actually had to make some investments.

That's a tough one when you get Wall Street kind of ticked off a little.
