So what did football teach Eisenhower as both a player and a coach?

So you mentioned football, and I was surprised reading your book, how many presidents played football, a lot of them.

And the only sport that more of them played was the one you just mentioned, which was golf.

And Eisenhower was kind of a golf nut.

What surprised me in reading this, because I was a CEO and I when I was a CEO, I didn't play any golf because it took so much time.

Eisenhower played, like, how many rounds?

And a lot of other presidents played a lot.

So JFK followed him and JFK played both sports.

He played football and golf, but he was really quite the athlete.

He was on the football team at Harvard, the swim team at Harvard.

He was a national collegiate sailing champion.

I think you said he had the best golf swing of any of the presidents, but JFK didn't like to be photographed playing golf.

He liked to be photographed playing touch football.

Why?

Yeah, I think it was Tiger Woods who really democratized the sport.
