but if you're looking at you're looking at drafting a a a a Bill of Rights, which obviously is, you know, to all intents and purposes a codified constitution, that would be one of the most fundamental changes in British society in British history.

That will take that will have to be a serious exercise that will have to be done over a period of the year.

It's much, much easier to build a nuclear power station than it is to put in place a constitution that replaces, as I say, uh you know, uh hundreds, if not thousands of years of British history and ensures that we all have the appropriate protections as citizens that we require.
