And maybe the concept is along those lines, you know, it's thinking, well, you can just throw the stars at it.
But actually, as much as the PGA sort of setup has flaws too, and you don't have all the stars there every week,
It still shows that you're watching something that, yeah, I may not know who all these names are, but Jesus, that means a lot to that guy.
I can get on board with this.
And the only live one that had that was Anthony Kim.
It was the one time where you had a story.
It was like, okay.
And it's amazing how people engaged with it.
Yeah, they did.
But they just can't engage with anything else.
It just doesn't matter.
it's going towards the destination it's going towards something and it has built up a tradition over the years like this thing was just clamped down and it had no meaning from the start not a perfect comparison but I mean it's just that sense that what you're watching like no one's sad going home with their news it has to mean something to the viewer as well as to the performer
well what do I so we spent 40 minutes saying over and over again it's a great experience it's a really good day out point to that I think the point about the 40 and look I see where Noel's coming from Noel with the sorry so do I actually there was 43,000 people there but compared to maybe the other sports maybe for a lot of the 43,000 people there it might be the one race meeting they go to
all year whereas you mentioned the others who might people at those games might go 30 times a season and like I was someone who didn't go to Pontchartown last week I was sad to miss it but I would watch all five days I have racing TV in the house I listen to a couple of racing podcasts every week interestingly enough like Betfair used to have this sort of a more discussion issues based topic podcast which they've now discontinued a lot of those podcasts have just gravitated purely towards
tipping you know a tipping service podcast day to day I listen to one there's one called The Racing Room which is a company aka Bets now I do know the guy behind it but every week it's a racing podcast for racing people but it's really dense I find it interesting but it's very much about gambling tax you know
issues on the ground, maybe stories that have come up during the week.
I listen to it, but I accept it would be hard for a general audience to sort of tap into it.
Nick Luck has a daily podcast, which is quite good as well for that.
People who are into racing are well enough served by industry topics.
I would find it hard to drop it into this...
