You know, in addition to just being a human alive in this world for a while and noticing that phenomenon rather often to be true, how else do we know that?
You go into a lot of the data that we now have.
about all the claims that you present.
And I'd love to know how we can conclude with high, high confidence that this is actually a universal human trait.
I think a lot of people are always interested to know, you know, what women want and what men want.
And you do spend some time in the book going into giving the data as we understand it in general in terms of how men and women rank order their preferences in the opposite sex.
And I'd love to spend a little time on that.
Given how much
evidence you give for all of the conclusions that are in the book about the differences between men and women.
Is it your view?
I think a lot of people who are following psychology these days to uh amateur level are aware of the incredible replication pro problem of a lot of the quote unquote findings that are now being uh popularized in essays and magazines and pop psychology books.
I I think there's a lot more rigor uh
in what you're presenting, I'm that's my personal view, but I mean in your mind, is it fair to say to you that all of these things that we're talking about are they're just true?
They're true in the way that science can make things accurate like we had never had before the scientific method.
Where do you come down on the enduring
Um
basis of everything that we're talking about at this point.
There are a few terms you use in the in the book that I would love to go over because I found them just so fascinating.
I mean one one fact you bring up in the book that I thought was vr so interesting, I'm just gonna read this, is about uh the Ashley Madison site, which I had never heard before, which is basically an adultery website that I think existed ten years ago.
