I will make a fancy pants RFP response and I'll use Canva and I'll make it look all pretty because it's a design company.
So you'd think, oh, you turn in something that looks nice and looks like somebody took the time to design it.
Maybe uh that'll give me an edge over everyone else.
It'll turn in the the typical MS-word, black text, white background.
company name and address in the top left to whom it may concern nonsense.
And we didn't get that RFP either.
We didn't make it there either.
And I asked that guy, what could we have done to be better?
And his response was something like, Oh, your response looked like it was a canned response that didn't have any specific information to us and it looked generic.
And so you weren't selected.
And I'm like, Wow, I literally built it entirely by hand just for you.
That's wild.
It's so dumb.
They can just decide, oh, I don't like how it looks.
Yeah, exactly.
It's nuts.
But yeah, the c the customers that do actually flow all the way through, at least for us, tend to be the ones that actually care about security.
We did an assessment last year, but it was a company that makes scanning electron microscopes.
Okay.
And it was actually a really interesting gig.
