Yeah, we were very fortunate to win a couple of awards this year.

Uh excellent in uh guest experience.

Yeah.

And um our person of the year in the industry, which is uh Sarah Clark, our operations manager.

Yeah, I've uh we've had the business for eight years and uh I've had a full time job.

I've lived overseas for four of those years.

And I put a lot of uh I delegate a lot of responsibility to the team and give them the um comfort to know that they can make a mistake and they won't be punished for it.

Uh so you you've gotta not just delegate a responsibility, you've gotta delegate the ability for them to make mistakes and learn from them.

Yeah.

Then how do

Well you hire for intelligence and not experience.

Uh so the training comes through experience.

And a a smart person will be able to be an effective decision maker.

You're faced with a problem, you have to determine the three options you have to solve that problem.

And then the the common sense part of it is selecting the right solution to solve that problem.

Yeah.

And if they don't select the solution that you would have solved, you need to have a conversation about it and ask them why.

And you

invariably with new stuff, they'll select the cheapest option because they assume that price is the most important thing for you.

For you as a tener.
