It's always how can we choose a solution that has the most lasting impact?

So you want to permanently s solve problems.

You don't want to face the same problem twice.

I think that's a good thing.

For hosts like myself, we're going to be looking more at direct bookings.

We've relied on the channels, the booking channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, BRBO, uh Marriott, um for a long time to be the marketing tool to get the guests into our properties.

And the software is so good now that it it really facilitates us getting direct bookings.

And we've been using the property management software, the PMSs, to do that for us, using their pages.

And now people are realizing that if you tweak a few things, you can jump from two percent direct bookings to twenty percent direct bookings.

And that will have a real impact on your profitability.

You know, we're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Sure.

So I think that'll be the trend for twenty twenty six is that evolution from relying on a PMS for your direct booking channel to building your own and then building your own brand.

So you're increasing the value of your business.
