And you don't want to uh have a big influx of bookings and then deal with it incorrectly.

So you're almost fearful to have success in driven by something that you've created.

So people will often and myself included, you know, I'm thinking, all right, I could have a direct booking site, but if I don't have if I've got the wrong ID checks and you don't ID check, I could create this huge problem for myself.

and break some team members and my processes aren't ready for it.

So I need to I need to be prepared.

I need to change my processes and get everything in place.

And you just put off some of these big important decisions that actually have a material effect on your profit b profitability.

Yeah.

Um because of the fear of success and the fear of the what could go wrong.

Yeah.

Yeah, probably the biggest uh one of the most difficult changes was adding booking dot com as our second channel.

Uh because we had to change all of our accounting processes, our end of month statements.

Um they collect payments differently, you have to equip those payments differently.

So that was very, very difficult.

But adding a third channel and a fourth channel was quite straightforward.

Yeah.

Um so anybody who's on one channel, I would recommend that they Yeah.

Move on to a second channel because you'll go through a lot of learning and that'll prepare you for getting your direct booking channel.

It's probably a good step to do first, like you said.
