But people don't talk about it from a food point of view.

Nobody holds the chefs accountable.

And I think, like, we should be the biggest voice when it comes to health and sustainability.

We get so much credit compared to other industries.

Like, if you just go local, everyone's like, wow.

And when I talk to people about it, unless we're in a setting, and I'm feeding them, and they're tasting the stuff, and we're all in those emotions,
