Yeah, my official weight was 215.
That's what I had to weigh in at.
When I was in Oakland, we had to weigh in every day.
Every day we walked in the facility on the Gruden, we had to go right to the weight room and weigh in.
In Cleveland with Belichick, we weighed in every Friday, and he stood there, and it was $50 per pound per day.
So if you missed your weight on Friday, you had to weigh in Saturday.
If you missed your weight on Saturday, you had to weigh in Monday after the game, and it was $50 per pound per day.
Who ended up spending the most?
Back then, it was probably like,
a guy named, we had an offensive guard named Wally Williams, an offensive guard named Gene Williams.
I used to always be in the steam room with guys like Eric Turner, Steve, because we were, like, bigger safeties.
And 215, like, 215, like, I felt like I couldn't eat to stay at 215, you know what I mean?
So, because you're young, you're grown, you got to, but, yeah.
Yeah, I never missed weight, though.
I always made it.
I wonder about somebody like Sebastian Janikowski.
Oh, that'd be a good one.
I don't know, man.
I don't know, but I know under Gruden, it was like every single day you walked in there and you made a beeline right for the weight room, took your stuff off, got on the scale.
Everybody talks about Belichick's sense of humor.
