And actually for us, just because, I mean, if you look back for like the almond or tree nut market, maybe say pre-COVID, you know, we were tracking, guys are doing really well.
And you could look at almond ground for, you know, $40,000 an acre.
or higher, you know, depending if there's a house or something on there, however.
But, you know, but recently, you know, as the price has softened, actually, we've come down a little bit.
Like, it's still, I mean, it's not inexpensive.
But, you know, I'd say it's softened a little bit, you know, from what you saw, probably maybe because of COVID.
Yeah, yes, no, but you got to look at the input cost too, right?
So how much it costs for somebody to produce the crop, you know, and so some of them, you know, they might be making very similar, but I think at the end of the day, there's a lot of calculations and how, like, please stop my area, you know, do they own the land?
What's their water situation?
How much are they paying for water?

you know, just all, all those input costs, fertilizer costs right now, those types of things.
And so you put all that in there.
Um, it's still a challenging market, I'd say for, you know, most people in California.

And, you know, the water situation right now in California is pretty decent, I'd say.
You know, a lot of our reservoirs, there's too many reservoirs that kind of supply most of the water for the state, you know, Lake Shasta and Lake Oroville.
And, you know, they're in pretty good shape, but all it takes is just one dry winter and then we're right back in a drought.
