Yeah.

So yeah, so the nut market right now, almonds is one of the better crops to be farming in California.

Um, you know, it's, uh, it's doing okay.

I would say, you know, obviously a lot of things are challenged, but, uh, yeah, almonds are doing okay.

Walnuts is a little bit of a struggle and pistachios are, you know, okay as well.

But, uh, almonds is the one kind of the main crop right now, shining star in California that, uh, guys are producing.

That's tough.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

I know in almonds, it's, uh, you know, it'll take three years before you get to production while it's about, you know, four to five and then pistachios even longer at six years.

So after you plant a pistachio, you got to wait six years before you get any profit back on that block.

So you got to be pretty invested, uh, on that.

And so.

The other hard part we're facing right now in California, too, is for like when we say row crops, we're thinking like tomatoes, melons, those types of things.

Right.

And all those crops are challenged, too.

So for the grower, it's they're really trying to think like, hey, like, what do I plant?

We're seeing rice being planted in areas that normally doesn't get planted.

So people are really kind of diversifying, you know, trying to see where they can make the best profit for sure.
