And no one ever needs to have a junior developer again.
yeah and and like i'll figure out a bunch of it on your own too because like also like whatever the conventional wisdom is shifting so fast that like you might need to be terminally online to do this well to be fair my argument is always that you had to be terminally online to do it well yeah right yeah like the people who were great none of them ever did that by like
Um, the, uh, yeah, I mean, it's just that the timeline is so compressed now on that stuff.
Um, yeah, it's interesting.
I mean, I'm not, and I'm not, I don't hope what I said doesn't, isn't come across as complaining because also there were a number of talks I really liked.
And I, I also liked, um, I really took Matt Stouffer's to heart, um, which was all about, you know, that you need to like grow your understanding alongside of your app.
And, like, if you're working at the edge of your understanding, you need to use Claude to, like, ask you to – to help you build out an understanding, a curriculum to, like, get what you're doing.
And so I think that, like, that was really interesting also because I'm in the middle of this Godot project right now.
Yeah, I made it a lot better while sitting in the crowd at Laracon.
But I've been making this little 2D video game.
I have no earthly idea whether it's something that'll get completed or if it's just a little curiosity to me.
But it's been really fun.
And, you know, like with so many things, like the thing Matt was talking about, it's like the reason I was able to get started was because I was like, I don't want to like start by like learning GD script.
I just want to start by getting stuff moving on a screen and I'll have Claude do it.
And then I periodically will be like, hey, Claude, go look back at all the little fiddly decisions we've made and ensure that we're doing this in the like idiomatic, smart way and like inventory all those decisions, you know, and that's been like cool.
But I did what Matt asked and I was like, hey, Claude, go back through here and assume that like I'm a PHP and Laravel developer who doesn't actually know how Godot works and build me a curriculum tying in examples from everything we've built so far.
um so and like and it did it like pretty fast and it's like this structured organized thing and i'm like cool now i'm actually learning how godot works like this is pretty neat this is a smart way of doing things so i did take some things from from these uh talks so uh joe tannenbaum always uh amazing killer killer uh i thought that um i thought will kings was really great um so you know i don't i don't mean to gripe um
Yeah.
You know.
Yeah.
