Toronto, you can't economically buy an office building to convert it to anything else.

It has to sort of stay office.

In Calgary, you can buy an office building for pretty cheap and many other markets across Canada.

So it really depends on your sort of core versus non-core markets, I would say.

But yeah, you are seeing adaptive reuse.

I think Calgary converted 6 million square feet of office into residential.

And I think that that's a trend that would be worth paying attention to in other cities across Canada for sure.
