And I think that's where it's not dangerous, but for retail investors that want to support this fund and use it, I think it's fine.

If you want to invest in those kind of projects alongside the government, that's completely fine.

It's your money.

You do what you want.

But don't expect massive returns.

If you do get good returns, that's great.

But realize that if push comes to shove, the first mandate will take over the other one.
