And then she met another man who just was not a nice man at all.
He, to me, doesn't deserve the man title.
I think the word man is earned, and he doesn't get to have that title in my eyes.
So we went out and lived in his farm out in Ngaruwaya.
And then he and mum went for a motorbike trip down the South Island and liked it in Nelson, so we moved down here.
Where did we live first?
Brightwater.
So the first school I remember going to here was Brightwater School.
Um, so I'm six, my sister's two, something along, two and a half, something like that.
We, we moved down, but yeah, he, he wasn't a nice man.
From the start, my first memory as a child is one of fear.
So we moved out, on the day we moved into his, his farm out in Ngaruahia, I remember
I could go to the house now.
