What is the thing that has resonated most strongly with you about moving here?
Very good.
We'll listen.
Sabrina Casata, thank you so much for joining us here on the Business Post podcast.
welcome back now it's time for the post-match analysis Peter Sabrina Casalta I mean as I said in the introduction you know kind of someone who hadn't a connection with Ireland in advance coming in like just putting yourself in her shoes to try and not only come in to a foreign country but to kind of come into a different arm obviously she'd worked with Vodafone separately in Italy but to come into a separate kind of organisation here as the leader I mean that's a daunting prospect for anybody yeah
And it impressed me, and I'm probably revealing the secrets of the trade here, but, I mean, some people will come and do this, and they'll have their press spokesperson with them.
She came by herself.
I mean, I was impressed.
We're always happy to have PR people.
We're always happy to have PR people.
Yes, yes, Peter.
But I do take your point.
She was at ease here, and she was confident, but I did, like, when I was kind of probing her leadership style and probing the kind of how she goes about it, you can see she expects a lot from her team around her.
There is that pressure that they have to deliver.
And, you know, obviously they've just moved office, you know, in from Sandy for leprosy and into Stephen's Green.
That obviously brings its own challenge.
But even talking to her, she said it's a huge opportunity for the business to kind of almost reset the work dynamics.
The idea of having mixed floors and not having people in silos.
I thought that was really, really interesting from a business perspective.
But she herself, you know, I saw her at the Ireland event.
