That's why the Shannon project is so important.

The great drainage issue is so important for water capacity, particularly on the eastern seaboard.

But it's interesting to hear his insight as to how much of a direct impact a shortage of water can have on housing targets and all the rest of it.

And as you say, it's a company like his that kind of fill that gap or bridge that gap and make things actually happen.

What was your overall assessment of him after the interview?
