What was the thinking going into it and what will success look like come 2029 when that period is over?

So again, fast forward to the end of this term.

you're looking at, like, no strategy will ever deliver 100% of what you're looking to do.

But what would success look like to you?

What would you be happy with out of what you've outlined and what you're proposing to do?

Is it a certain number of, you know, grounds seeing kind of improvements?

Like, just talk me through what you think success looks like.

So talk to me then about transposing this down to grassroots level.

And again, speaking of my own experiences, as we said, like, you know, I'm on the sideline every weekend.

We, you know, we've got basic facilities in terms of balls, nets, all that kind of stuff.

Will we see a tangible difference at the end of this at our level?

Are you in the wrong association?

And I've even seen that going through the safeguarding and all the extra, like, I mean, being able to do those online, you know, has made a huge, because you know yourself, trying to find the time to take a two, three hours out to get to wherever to do a course.

There was a move, and again, not to get too sporty on this, but there was a move to move the season to a summer season to coincide with the League of Ireland season.

Is that going to happen or is that off the table for now?
