No, but when our fan base sees the growth and the competitiveness and the compete, we're going to put a lot of people in this building because they're going to be excited about how it's going and how it's transitioning.
And when you look to potentially bring new people into the organization, what's the profile or characteristics you're looking to add to the organization?
Well, they have to be good at what they do and they have to be good people.
they've got to be willing to collaborate and work with other people you can't be you can't go rogue in this business and expect to do well as far as changes again we're very early in this process there's so many good people in this organization that we've had ownership has said you've got areas you want to
improve on, we've got your back.
And that's something I think we've got areas where we can add to as opposed to subtract.
And those are things that we will talk about and be aligned with.
But it's very clear on people that I like to work with.
I love leading people.
I love working with very good people that are skilled at what they do, treating them well, inspiring them, and then trust them to do their job.
I want to work with people that
You set an environment up where when they get up in the morning, their feet touch the floor that they say, I want to go to war with this guy.
That's staff, that's players, that's all of it.
And that's up to me.
You're in a bit of a different environment, though, with the rising cap.
I think in the past, you saw teams like Montreal and Chicago, when they're rebuilding, acquire first round picks by taking on bad contracts.
Those opportunities haven't been as readily available recently.
Well, again, you've got to be strategic of where you sit, the people that you bring in, and how you can get them to perform to what their value is come a trade deadline.
