But at the end of the lease, if you pay that residual, most people do on bins and buildings and we don't want those things back and they want to keep those as part of their operations.

So once they make that final residual payment, that becomes theirs.

It's their asset.

We are, yeah.

From time to time, we'll get a commercial building that's a little bit maybe an ag-related service, a fertilizer applicator, something like that, and we'll dabble in that, but we're really heavy into ag.

Yeah, no feeders right now.

I think I just saw a Illinois university put out something that, that feeders are going to be down again, um, in 2026.

And so we're really not seeing that supply, um, increase at all.

So unless if some sort of macro global market, um,

government interference, we're going to see that beef sector stay strong.

I mean, there's a little bit, you know, everybody's keeping back 5, 10, 15, something like that, but it's going to take a lot.

I think I saw a USDA report out that said,

In January, the cattle inventory went down again, you know, from back where it was in July of 25.

And that's just not something that gets corrected overnight.

So I think we're in for several more years.

Well, I mean, the guys that held would have been pretty well off, right, because we just saw this big run in beans.

But, no, compared to this time last year, a lot of guys have had to liquidate that inventory to get payoff operating lines.

But, luckily, we're seeing a little bit of a rally in the bean market here over the last few months.
