I saw an article the other day where 30% of grain farmers' income is going to be somewhat government payments.

Driven.

Not necessarily to the 80s level.

I mean, I was born in 96.

I didn't live through the 80s.

But looking back on it, I mean, we're still seeing very stable land prices.

You know, rent prices are still stable.

So no, not to that level yet.

Yeah, I've seen some data out of Iowa that it's a lot lower than that in Iowa.

There's just a lot of people that operate with cash in that state.

But I would say nationwide it's probably 50%, 60%, something like that.

Well, one of our standards is we like to see a 50% equity position in that balance sheet.

So that, I think, alone makes it a little bit different from what we saw in the 80s where leverage rates got quite a bit higher than that.

Farmers just had less equity in their operations.

The other thing that's going for us this time that we don't have in the 80s is interest rates.

They're higher than we would like them to be, right?

We get this every day.

Oh, they seem a little too high.

Well, we're not in double digits.
