But yeah, that's a question that we get all the time.

I think interest rates have pretty much leveled out.

Everything that we read in the Economist report from the federal government, I don't think there's a lot more

on the rate cut that's coming.

So I think we're in kind of a new normal of where we're at.

You mentioned that 6%, 7%, 8% environment.

That's kind of where we're operating in depending on the loan that we're doing.

But one of the things that we're seeing, we talked a little bit, we're sitting behind a big piece of equipment here as we have this conversation.

It seems like the captive financers, so your DEERS, your CNHs, they're starting to get back into the marketplace with some really sweet deals on equipment finance.

And we're seeing some 0%, some 1.9 out there again.

That went away back in 2000, 2021.

You know, they kind of pulled back on that.

And my guess is, or my opinion is, they're doing that in an effort to move some iron.

So, again, not pushing anybody into a million-dollar combine if you don't need one, but there are some deals to be had out there from those equipment manufacturers.
