And it's what I enjoy.
Yeah, I do.
So next month I'm in Glasgow at the Commonwealth Games, a race in Northern Ireland.
And then two weeks after that we have the European Championships.
And I haven't won the Commonwealth Games or the European Long Course Championships.
And then we have World Short Course Championships.
And I've kind of...
started this thing called a ground slam it's in other sports okay i didn't have it in swimming and uh the the three i've won the olympics i've won the world long course and i've won the european short course and they're kind of the hardest competitions to win that i've done so then i was like oh i need to win these next three and they're all in 2026 so that's kind of my goal and you're gonna win them all yeah of course i'm gonna win them all absolutely okay
So I have a couple of tattoos.
Obviously, the Olympic rings was my first tattoo.
Every Olympian will get it, just to show... Basically, when you see an Olympic tattoo, you just need to look at the amount of work that people put in to actually get there.
I've got the Commonwealth logo on my ankle.
And then one of my favourite tattoos is...
when my mom hates tattoos and she's like you can never get a tattoo only the olympic rings but when i was younger i always wanted to get the back of the olympic medal if i ever won one and then after paris i obviously won two and i was like i've gotta i've gotta get that tattoo so that's on my other forearm and then i've got uh my favorite tattoo is my shamrock on the inside of my ankle matching with nathan and uh that's basically just to show like where i've come from
uh all the hours i put in the pool and i ended up and kind of showing people you know i'm proud to be irish and i want to represent at the highest level okay so what's the ambivalence about them for you uh i just some of them you know like it's just like it's a tattoo i just okay okay um
Yeah, so my favourite time of year is Christmas.
And it's mainly because the whole family comes together.
You know, it's also the hardest point of the season for training because it's kind of the part of the season where there's no competitions and you're putting in all the work that you will see at the end of the season.
so yeah I picked a Christmas song because it brings back joy from all the holidays I've done around the world at Christmas I've been to some weird places I've had Christmas in India one time and you know that was weird so it just brings back so many memories of every Christmas the 24 that I've gone through
Yes, masks, shirt hats, all the people competing at the Summer Games, the Special Olympics in the National Centre, National Class Centre in Dublin.
