But I think the notion is historically the strength of this guy is he puts the ball in the air and he does have power.

Why not put yourself in a more advantageous position where you can avoid a double play?

But I can also see from the perspective of John Schneider why they opted to go

that particular route and i would imagine there is some sort of statistical measuring stick some piece of evidence out there that was telling them hey aloy jimenez has a history of this is what he does well that's my best guess i'm just hypothesizing that's my best guess show
