Because it's so important, too, as you're aging to keep your bones strong. We want to avoid any kind of osteoporosis or anything. So making sure that your protein's staying up and sneaking it in where you can. Like you said, you're not that hungry. So you're eating smaller amounts. So if you can sneak in more protein in your pasta, it's a good place to do it. And then you said you like ribs.
Well, I like ribs.
Yeah. And I'm not saying you're going to do this, but maybe someone else who loves like that barbecue flavor, you can make like a great barbecue tofu. Okay. Yeah.
I know. No.
For me, I love a barbecue flavor. So I'll make like a crispy tofu and then I'll put like roast in barbecue sauce. It's a really good alternative. But again, with something like ribs, like you can pair it with... A salad or a vegetable. Yeah, like there is a way to balance it out.
A call.
I know, but I can still answer. I think if I was like really feeling it, I'm like, sorry to my husband right now. Yeah, I feel like you can't. I don't think I would be a girl who would have hard rules like I think. Maybe in general, I wouldn't like necessarily like I'm very careful about safety. So I wouldn't necessarily want to go to someone's house the first time I met them. Yeah.
So like those technicalities would get in the way. But if I really like fell in love, I don't really like into someone.
I wouldn't rule it out.
Oh, I think a setup.
I did move in before we got engaged.
Okay, so I think that the guy should pay, especially when you first start dating. If you go on a first date and there's all this business with guys like Venmo requesting girls, can you imagine? There's this influencer, do you follow Tink's? Yeah. You know, she says like once women are paid equal to men, then we'll pay for the date.
But it's like we do so much, too, with like getting our hair done, our nails, our outfit, everything that we put into it. It's like I I think there is something to a man paying for you. But I think also you have to have a conversation, too, about what works for you. And there isn't always the typical man-woman relationship. So that doesn't always apply.
But for me, if I was dating and if I was giving advice to my friend, I think that the guy should pay. And obviously, once you've been dating two years, maybe you'll grab a Starbucks. Maybe you'll get ice cream one night. But overall, I like to feel taken care of.
If I was dating now, I think I would wait till I was really serious with them. I'm not like an impulsive person. Even like I didn't announce my pregnancy till I was like 17 weeks pregnant. Like I'm like, let's just make sure this is a thing before we like blast him on social media. Yeah.
new cookbook is Life Changing Salads, which is my series that went viral. And so I had to turn it into a book. It's every kind of salad, pasta, salads, fruit, salads, chopped salads, grain salads, you name it. And this is available for preorder now.
And Rachael Ray.
