Lots of Asia actually has that as well.
So Australia is one of the sweet spots because we're growing our population and that underpins economic activity.
Yeah.
And just sorry, Kate, I'll make it really quick because I know we're over time pressures, but it's a really good example on that diversity of employees.
Again, if you listen to some of the companies in the US, you'll hear a lot of Indian CEOs, you'll hear Chinese CEOs.
And it's interesting because, you know, it is more diverse.
And if you look at, I didn't actually watch this time, the Tesla AI day, and when he gets his engineers up on that space, you can just see how many have really come from across the globe.
And it is about getting the best people in the world.
Telling in lots of different ways.
I do know that Babcore had some problems and they got rid of their CEO and there was a conflict there as well.
It's usually an indication.
It doesn't mean that the person that's leaving was right or wrong, but...
Owen is right in saying it is what, Kate, as you wanted, a red flag, that something is not quite right in the companies.
You want CEOs that are happy to stay on for a prolonged period and happy to keep their staff.
But equally so, it's not always the end of the world when somebody leaves.
And it's really important you find companies that are good at saying,
transitioning to new management because inevitably not everyone's going to stay forever and nor do you want them to stay forever.
So succession planning is really important and equally accepting companies that have, I did touch on it before but I want to touch on it again, major shareholders, CEOs, owners, you know, incomes, families, that comes with a set of risks involved
in terms of succession planning, what happens to them, or if they get run over by a bus, heaven forbid, or something like that.
But it's something that you have to think of because you want a depth of management, you want a weight of management.
