You really need to watch out for –

companies that constantly miss earnings estimates, downgrades, and then they come up with little filthy excuses as to why it happened, like the dog ate the homework.

So I think that, to give you an example, okay, this is quite a personal one.

I was an owner of Perpetual Shares in 2007, and I was very anti the guns, pulp milk.

And I went to the AGM and started asking,

And they basically shut me down and almost threw me out of the AGM.

The end of the story is, A, at that AGM, I discovered that they owned CDOs.

And we know how that story ended.

And yet the company, for some reason, was doggedly sticking with it and wouldn't actually address any of the issues.

So there's some really big flags when management decides

you know, kind of give wishy-washy answers.

They shut down investors at an AGM.

Okay, there's some pain in the ear of people that just go on and on and on.

But there are a couple of examples of, you know, where, you know, if something happens like a big cyber attack, you know, these companies really need to be on the front foot

and honest and out there.
