You can just look at some of the ratios in terms of the interest cover or the rate of revenue growth or the rate of where margins are going because most of these are usually defined in the financial statements.
I don't know how much your listeners like to drill down to that level, but the key things, if you're listening on an earnings call that you want to look for,
is ongoing revenue growth.
Margins not coming under pressure, that's one of the most important ones.
It's kind of the margins of the canary in the coal mine when things are going to go wrong.
