I mean, they're very sales orientated.
For us in institutional broking, ours was obviously you got your nice big cookie at the end of the year, which was your bonus, which was directly related to how much commission you've written.
But and I also agree, not everybody is going to have a great experience at a company.
But it really probably is a case of just keeping your eyes and ears open.
If it's retail stores, you know, you can ask the staff what it's like to work at JB Hi-Fi or Harvey Norman.
You know, is Jerry Harvey the bully that he's meant to be?
But apparently, I should say.
But, yeah, I use CSL in my book as a great example of how they go into quite some depth about the diversity of their workforce and the strength of having a lot of women and a lot of women scientists, which I think is really important.
And the other thing for people to remember too is
Business is a very mix and match.
So you want the best scientists in a biotech company.
You want the best engineers in a Tesla.
But you don't want an engineer necessarily sitting in a sales company, as you said, you know.
Yep.
That uncommon sense.
Yeah, this is really important.
I've actually just been reminded yet again that one of the criticisms, it could work for Australia, but let's just freshen it up a little bit.
