They know what everyone's money is supposed to look like.

These guys, the small-town cops, they also have a lot of time on their hands.
Maybe a few daydreams about doing a big investigation, taking on the mob or the cartel single-handled.
You know, I mean the usual male daydream sequences.

Sometime around late 1984, custom agents down in South Carolina called the Little Compton Police Department about suspected marijuana smugglers in their jurisdiction, South Carolina, phoning a local house in in Coffeystown from a motel.
