It's an argument also for stability and keeping the GM.
I think Chris Ballard was one of the GMs that people were maybe going to be out of.
He wouldn't pick a quarterback.
Richardson bombed out.
There's a world where Chris Ballard gets fired at the end of last season.
They keep him, and you're like, oh, all these players who are balling out are homegrown players.
Because they jumped on Jones pretty quickly.
Why?
To make Richardson feel better?
To make Daniel Jones work harder?
I think the idea was Daniel Jones was like they were just supposed to like make Richardson jealous and they were just as shocked as anybody that it's working this well.
