This is not a good place for us to be, um, as and I won't relitigate that uh for a variety of reasons.

I also don't believe that this is the opportunity to point fingers at anyone who has uh who are our colleagues or have been a part of this process because it was clear that we didn't all have complete information or near complete information.

And so we were doing the best that we could and and we stuck we stepped on some landmines.

And so now we have to deal with what we have in front of us.

First and foremost, um, I have been clear-eyed throughout this process, and I've doubled down uh since that I wanted to hear directly from the community members that are directly impacted along this 11-mile corridor.

Some of us have bigger voices than others.

Someone some of us can project, but those that go to sleep and wake up proximate to this highway, who see it, smell it, touch it, and are and their lives are impacted impacted by it.

Impact framework and sitting down individually and sharing your thoughts because I think that's most impactful here.

The opportunity for us to hold feet to the fire or to codify benefits really is seeing this language as it relates to the impact framework and other community benefit needs to be represented in the RF.

And then further in the contract.

If this language is codified in the contract, then by definition, then those who win the contract have to deliver upon it.

And that's how we create this stickiness.
