Because when we hear about consistency, for some of us, we think that that means

writing looks the same every single day, but that's not always the case because confidence isn't something that ambitious authors wake up with one morning.

I do believe that writing can be taught, but then some of us, it just comes to us naturally.

Even though the gift of writing may come to us naturally, that doesn't mean that the process to get there doesn't take work.

So confidence doesn't just happen overnight and it's not created even after publishing.

It isn't even created after you type the end.

Confidence actually starts much earlier than that.

When you show up with intention and you're not just, you know, flipping about it, that speaks volumes more than what you and I can imagine.

Because most authors think, again, the confidence comes first and foremost and then consistency follows.

But the opposite is actually true.

Consistency creates the confidence you've been waiting for.

consistency creates the confidence.
