We're going to flip that.

So the first thought that I want you to kind of allow to resonate in your mind

is that when you're consistent, it proves that you can do it.

Simple as that.

For some authors that struggle with self-doubt, when you finish that chapter, when you finish that scene, when you do accomplish that word count, it proves that you can do it regardless of the circumstances, regardless of the obstacles that it took for you to get there, you still completed it.

It proves that you can do it.

So every completed writing week becomes evidence.

It's evidence showing, wow, I can actually do this.

I can follow through.

I can keep my word to myself.

I can keep my word to my future readers.

Not hope, not wishful thinking.

It's evidence when you finish that intentional writing because when you finish the week, knowing that you honored your writing time that you committed to, this is not something that someone forced you to do, right?

Nine times out of 10, we're writing because we want to.

I don't think there are many of us here that are here because we're forced to.

You're here because you genuinely love writing.

Maybe you feel called to it.

Maybe it's something that you've always wanted to do as a child, or maybe it came to you later on in adulthood, right?

But you love, you genuinely love writing.

The stories will not turn off in your head.
