My brain...

I remember posting something in the community, a conversation that I overheard between my husband and his sister.

Creative people think differently, and we do.

We do not think like most people.

We're thinkers, we're creatives, and we just see the world differently.

So that's gonna show up differently as well.

So when you finish that writing week, that writing session, something that you committed to, something changes, your brain stops asking, can I actually finish this book?

Because you already have proof right there that you can keep promises to yourself.

That's why one completed week is worth more than another week spent planning.

And there's nothing wrong with planning.

Planning does come into part when you're putting a book together, okay?

I am definitely still in the planning stages.

I-

have yet to make the announcement to my readers officially, but I am going to be adding another genre to my book catalog.

And I'm excited about it, but it takes a lot of planning.

But even that,

That right there doesn't compare to the satisfaction I feel when I complete a scene or when I complete a chapter.

So confidence grows every time you give yourself evidence.
