Hey, I get it, it still happens to me, but just remember that one week can become two.

So eventually you're no longer wondering whether you're going to finish

So when authors ask me, what do I do when I miss the week of writing?

My simple answer is try again this week.

There's no complicated formula.

There is no magic bullet to this.

OK, simply show up the next week because they are going to compound.

They are going to build up.

That's when that's actually what consistency really does.

It quietly changes your identity as an author.

I saw that recently.

I think it was on a Reddit forum where someone was like, I just wish I had uninterrupted time to write.

That may be wishful thinking, to be honest, because there's always going to be something that's competing with your time.
