You know, instead of buying the fine table salt that's in those plastic containers, if you look down in the supermarkets often, there's another salt called dairy salt or cooking salt in plastic bags.
And that doesn't have lots of anti-caking agent and other stuff in it.
And it's much, much better.
And so also it's cheaper.
Can you imagine that?
This is actually a kind of... Well, I mean, sea salt flakes are wonderful for... And there's lots of lovely Irish sea salt as well for finishing something.
No, this is dairy salt.
If I tried to make cheese and use the salt that is the table salt, my cheese wouldn't work.
So this time, basically, just it's cheaper, Brendan.
But it's in plastic bags and you have to look down underneath because it's often on one of the lower shelves.

Yeah, you see, a lot of people have music on all the time now.
But when you're cooking, you need to use all your senses, obviously your sight, your sense of smell, because as things cook, the smell changes.
