He came in, he was welcoming, he had that captain mentality as soon as he was at the club.
He came in as a midfielder, a centre midfielder, obviously that...
explains why he's so good on the ball and why he's, you know, he's had so much longevity at centre-back.
Strong player, colossus.
And as soon as he came to the club, obviously the club would go in places anyway, and he's been the one player, you know, that's remained through all of those managers, all of those teams, and he's still there lifting the trophy.
So, you know, congratulations to him.
I certainly can.
It wouldn't surprise me to see him there, stay with the club.
It's his home now.
You know, he's got a family there, a beautiful family there.
I think, you know, if you consider what he's won and what he has, you know, sitting in his cabinet, the experience that he's got as a footballer, the international experiences, the club that he came from, obviously Hamburg, you know...

He will have to, like everybody else, jump through the hoops and get his badges.
I'm sure he's thinking about doing that or on his way already.
But he's certainly somebody that I enjoyed playing with, I enjoyed being a teammate of, and I would certainly, if the chance arose, love to be a part of a team or a squad that he puts together.
He's got that element of you earn respect, you give respect.
He's one of those characters, and I think those are the managers that do well.
