Okay.

Well, I am an unabashed lover of Hoylake and certainly the old course.

But Hoylake, I think, is like the pinnacle of subtle golf.

It is micro undulation combined with an excellently firm golf course.

But the undulation is so subtle that obviously parts of Hoylake used to be an old polo ground.

Andy, I'm sure you probably know that.

But that's how flat some of the golf course is.

And then obviously they took it out to closer to the estuary.

So it does have some movement over there.

But Hoylick is wonderful.

And I think there's a split in opinion in British and Irish golf about preference for a certain style of links course.

There are those who favor a more dramatic execution test like Brookdale or those who prefer the subtlety of Hoylick where the micro undulation on the ground can pull a ball even from the middle of a fairway.

into a bunker or it can just stay in the middle of our would be resting on a very small knob which completely alters a very seemingly simple approach shot with a wedge because the ball is now four inches above you on a very firm piece of turf and but then those in further in favor of a style like brookdale will say that lynx golf already has so much vagary in it sun sea and wind surrounding and built in firm as sandy and we've had a wonderful few weeks here and it's going to be really firm out there in a few weeks time in brookdale but

you know, that you already have, you got this firmness and those vagaries that it's already so different to normal, we'll say, heatline golf or PGA Tour golf or regular DP World Tour golf that you don't even need the micro-undulation, that it is already completely elevated and very different, you know?

I suppose, I think me and you think quite similarly.

I think the peak of

peak golf that I will always remember was Tiger in 2006 at Hoy Lake and maybe in 2000 at St.

Andrews where we got the right conditions to bring out what micro undulation can do to a golf ball because Tiger played so conservatively he was using spin as his friend he was doing so many cool things with the golf ball

All to avoid being pulled into even the wrong areas on fairways where he knew he knew there was undulation or where he knew he'd have an unfavorable lie, even though he was on the fairway to attack a certain pin or his ball could be pulled from the middle of a fairway into a bunker if he used a driver, even if it went down the middle of the fairway.

So I think that's what I will like.
