That is why I will.
I will always bat and say that Hoylick is one of my favorite places in the world to play golf and obviously the old horses as well.
But you do have this split between people who love the drama of Brecht Hill.
And then there's others who love the subtlety of Muirfield, love the subtlety of Hoylick and places like that.
But I want the ball to be alive.
And it is definitely alive in places like Hoylick.
And people will say that because we talked on a pod previously, Andy, about how when Harry Colt redesigned Royal County Down or heavily iterated it in the 1920s, he went, he bought the holes over the Duneland.
He played over Duneland to create these wonderful golf holes that we know at Royal County Down.
Whereas Hawtree and Taylor's philosophy in Brookdale was to actually put the holes in the valleys rather than the dunes.
So we've got this self-contained field, completely opposite of what Colt did.
He avoided, or sorry, they, Hawtree and Taylor, avoided having blind shots.
by going through the dunes.
And the dunes are so impressive, Andy, that there was an American, or sorry, an African adventure film was shot in them in the late 1920s, you know?
So it just shows you a scale of them.
But what I like to think of now when I'm thinking about the buildup to this open, I think that because it's going to be so firm, so fast,
You can run at a fairway.
Hopefully you can balls and run into the dunes.
You might see Jordan's beat with his right foot, three foot above his left foot, hitting a wedge over a 15 foot mound.
And there are other challenges in the places like Birkdale.
And there are other newer links golf courses that are a little bit like Birkdale as well.
