And making sure that when you get a talent that turns seventeen, you get them signed and you get them like contracted. podcast-host

And we've been pretty good at that over the years. podcast-host

And you as long as you get no scholarship, you get a better level of compensation. podcast-host

But if they're not seventeen, basically if you own the football club in the Premier League, you could waltz in and take my best sixteen and fifteen year old, and then there's a matrix on what you're allowed where you can pay, but the proper clubs will go, Well, a matrix says we should give Peter but five hundred grand. podcast-host

But we're gonna do a deal with Barry and give you seven hundred and fifty grand and we're gonna give you loads of add-ons and do whatever. podcast-host

So there the you know, a lot of the Premier League clubs in fairness will will come to the party with more instead of less. podcast-host
