You know, that's one where the Canucks are going to have to eat a pile of money to encourage somebody to engage. matched

And I'm not saying that they're unwilling to do that, but as far as my sources are, and they're good on this file, matched

That side, the player side, has not been brought anything from the Vancouver Canucks that even remotely describes a level of interest from one team, two teams, or any team for that matter. matched

So if that happens, then that takes that conversation and possibility into a different stratosphere. matched

He hasn't turned out to be what the Vancouver Canucks were hoping. matched

But when he was brought in, the Vancouver Canucks were a completely different team than the team that they finished with last year, obviously, or the team that they are right now. matched

you know i put him into that category of uh you know marchman's different because of his contract um where he's at the end of the the deal but you know if you're looking for a hard working gritty type of forward if matched

If DeBrusque can bring that game more consistently than he has, then I think that there's a market for him. matched

But I'm being brutally honest here. matched

His name would be in a pool of names that you go, maybe, I wouldn't be surprised, but nothing at this stage, it seems, front burner. matched
