You know, with a president, it's just this guy who has all of these like enumerated powers, and everybody under him works for him and is an employee who works at his pleasure. podcast-host

A prime minister has a cabinet or a bunch of other players in their own right whose support he needs for his coalition to hold together. podcast-host

And theoretically, they're supposed to have their own base of power and be able to operate sort of independently and like, you know, not independently, but like uh, you know, exercise power in their own right and and and avoid some of that. podcast-host
