I was like a ninth or tenth grade.

Usually when I went to this stuff I was like the youngest person er uh there.

And uh

I don't even know.

I think I just started in a metaphysical bookstore, this flagger about a course in Miracles class.

I used to frequent metaphysical bookstores in.

I said, Okay, let me go ahead and check this out.

And the guy was up there teaching, and this is my first introduction to the course.

And what he said was, you know, uh the spirit

was talking to him.

Apparently he was talking to this lady about something.

And uh the spirit, he said, told him to start yelling at this woman and start cursing her out and and that's what the spirit told him to do, you know.

And

looking at him you can tell he was like having to force that out.

He didn't really believe that.

But he had two alternatives.

It was either admit that yes, I get upset sometimes.

Or blame it on

spirituality.

And that and and and that's the the biggest that's the worst thing you could do if you actually want to have peace.
