And and that's the thing about it.
We all see this.
Once we start to understand the dynamic, it's is I mean, it's so apparent.
And what happens is once we start to undo that unconscious guilt, that same tape, it won't affect us anymore.
So whatever it is he likes getting upset about, whatever that thing is, yeah you know you're probably forgiving it when it happens and it doesn't it doesn't upset you anymore.
Now now the thing about it is we have like a closet full of cassette tapes.
So you may forgive the cut me off on the freeway tape, but then we're gonna start pulling out the you didn't you didn't say my name properly tape.
So that's what it was about.
It's a is a constant process of forgiving, recognizing that whatever it is, you're just a scapegoat.
And that and basically it's like every single uh um uh videotape is like just a a pebble in our booksack that we're carrying on our back, this weight of unconscious guilt.
Each time we forgive, we unload that bag and when that bag is empty, that's the experience of absolute inner peace or enlightenment.
And it takes years to get there.
And you

You know, one thing I did in forgiving people who believe the earth is flat is that I share my judgments.
And and i if if if if people only get one thing out of it, that would actually be sufficient.
You know, let me tell you a story about one of my first
uh it's actually was my first a course in miracles class.
When I say I was I've been in this stuff since I was a kid, you know, I'm I'm I'm not lying.
My f I mean my first course in Miracles class I was in high school.
