Basically we have several different uh arenas of judgment.
Like let's say uh somebody might not have any issues with
you know, finding parking spots.
Like I don't have any issues with with finding parking spots.
But I have the things I'm I get upset about.
You know, I have the things I get frustrated about.
And we all have our video tapes.
Maybe somebody is finding a parking spot.
Maybe somebody is getting cut off on the interstate.
Maybe it's somebody else is you didn't say my name properly.
And what happens is every time we forgive that thing properly and undo to undo that guilt, it's sort of like erasing that tape.
But until we forgive it, we play that same tape over and over and over and over.
Maybe today is this person cutting me off.
on the freeway.
And the next person, next day, is that person cutting me off on the freeway.
But secretly we're waiting for the person to cut us off on the freeway so we can judge again.
we're not going to be able to do that.
