And I looked at her and I'm thinking, this is it.

That's why she was upset.

So she already had in her mind, we don't go to the park anymore.

And secretly the ego says, Now I have something to judge him for.

Now I have something to tell the counselor about.

But then when I up and said, let's go to the park, now I'll ruin her judgment.

Yeah, but but because that's all she had, she still threw it out there.

And uh and and that's what I said.

I said we we just went to the park a few days ago.

And and she was just silent.

But the ego doesn't care.

That impulse to attack just for that little moment, she had it.

And the and the council's looking at me like, you know, so but that's just an example of how we'll pull anything to judge.

It doesn't really matter what it is.

So you know

Basically uh uh

You know when you actually have inner peace when things don't bother you anymore.

Uh what I found it to be and this is the way Kenneth Wapnick explains it, he's like the the foremost teacher on the Course American's he's dead now, but uh uh I listened to several of his uh

uh workshops throughout the years.
