it takes some awareness to catch it.
Like if you if you watch enough of Byron Katie videos, like she she did this one uh interview called um
I don't know, I I could find it.
Uh it wa it but she did this interview where she was saying even the mind.
Like she was saying how question questioning, you know, you question everything.
And she was saying eventually, is the mind true?
The mind itself is not real.
So yes, it'll eventually lead you there because you're questioning every single e every single illusion because that's all a stressful thought is.
It's an illusion.
It's it's it's nothing once you question it.
And then you turn that thought around and realize that the opposite is equally true.
So none of them are true.
And eventually it gets to the mind itself is not real.
So yes, i i i i it'll get you there eventually.
Uh I would say the course is much more direct in how Okay,
Question the thought.
Recognize that the product is not in you, it's in me.
